He is a graduate of UMBC (Baltimore, MD) with a Bachelors of Arts in Cinematic Arts (2014), and a Masters of Science in Athletic Administration from Springfield College (Springfield, MA). He is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has coached youth to aspiring professionals in a variety of sports. He currently serves as the International Teams Coordinator for USA Track and Field. Born in Central London, Sho became a naturalized US citizen as of 2015. His mother, Dr. Helen, resides in New York while his sister, Ese, studies at Johns Hopkins University.

Josh is always looking for opportunities to help students and athletes from underprivileged neighborhoods succeed.
Josh played soccer at Manhattan College, a school that competes in the NCAA Division 1 MAAC Conference. He graduated with a B.S. in Physical Education.
After Manhattan, Josh completed his Master’s Degree in Athletic Administration at the prestigious sporting institute Springfield College. While at Springfield, he conducted research and completed his thesis: “Enhancing Participation and Retention of Female Soccer Players from Low-income, Urban Areas”.
Josh loves his Goldendoodle puppy named Harry and is working towards climbing the 46 high peaks in New York State’s Adirondack Park.

He is graduating from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in May, 2021 with a Master’s in Business Administration. He will be joining J.P. Morgan Private Bank as a Client Advisor in the fall.
